Safe Grad Information
The plans for Safe Grad 2017 are under way. The fundraising committee has met and come up with some great fundraisers for the year, with our fundraising goal being $15,000.00 (based on previous years). Our main fundraiser will be the bud, spud and steak which will be March 10th at Tijuana Yacht Club (in previous years made anywhere from $5000-$8000), along with other fundraisers throughout the year. We are asking that all families contribute the following: 10 volunteer hours (student and parents), 4 tickets to the bud, spud and steak, and a silent auction prize donation(minimum $25.00 cash or prize(new)). To ensure that we meet our fundraising goal we will be organizing multiple fundraisers throughout the year.
Our first fundraiser will be Fundscript. Fundscript is a gift card fundraiser, safe grad will make a percentage of all gift cards ordered, please find attached the order form and letter for more information. All orders are due back to the school office by November 23rd. Please only submit one master order form to the school, if you have multiple orders please compile the orders at home and submit one order form. Pick up for the orders will be second week in December.

January – Super Bowl tickets
February 11th – Applebee’s pancake breakfast (student volunteers)
March 10th – Bud, Spud, and Steak (parent/student volunteers needed)
March (date to be determined) – Fashion Show (parent volunteers needed)
June – Student car wash
June 28th 2017– Safe Grad (100 parent volunteers needed)
· Please note that if families don’t meet their fundraising contributions there will be a charge for safe grad ($150.00 maximum).
